Does your company qualify? Momentum is available to organizations of 51-199 enrollees who have Group Health as their sole carrier. Groups with 200 or more Group Health enrollees are eligible, even if other health plans are offered. As an added perk, some groups qualify for a special discount.
Please note: Employers must have a minimum of 51 employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week to be eligible for any Momentum product.
